Current Kages has no connection with the previous wars or with the destruction of uchiha clan.
Bijuus had no connection with the previous wars or with the destruction of uchiha clan.they were keep getting used by shinobis again and again.
In fact,Uchiha clan members I.e. Obito and madara were the main cause of the wars and the destruction of uchiha clan.
Obito killed the uchiha clan and he started the 4th world war. Madara killed the rin which later helped obito to lose hope in NV.
Even before the concept of chakra let alone the existence of bijuus,People were still used to fight.
So that means controlling the bijuus will not help sasuke to get peace in NV.
By Killing kages and trapping bijuus inside his control,War still will not be stopped.Those shinobis who don't like sasuke will try to fight against sasuke.
Sasuke's goal is just for his own self.Sasuke's goal is just BS.
Only Difference between,Sasuke and Madara's goal is that Sasuke wants to rule over the people while madara wanted to drag everyone in the dream world in which people can live as they wish to live.
TBH, Massacre of uchiha clan was the right thing to do as they were the ones who planned a Coup D'etat in the first place.Uchiha clan members I.e. obito and madara were the main cause of the chaos of this world.
Instead of redeeming for his clan's mistakes and for his own criminal activities,Sasuke is now trying to kill kages and bijuus.
IF naruto tried to kill bijuus then it could makes sense as naruto's parents were killed by Bijuu and naruto was hated just because he had bijuu in him.Akatsuki was after him just because he had bijuu in him So naruto will be more rightful to kill bijuus than sasuke.
Uchiha clan were massacred by not other than sasuke's brother So sasuke already received the justice by killing itachi.Sasuke has no right to think about the shinobi world as sasuke was also accused of corrupting this system as sasuke joined the akatsuki and he was the student of the shinobi who killed thousands of innocent people and 3rd hokage of konoha.
Sasuke wants peace for whom?
for shinobis? then Shinobis already achieved that peace as madara,kaguya and juubi are already gotten defeated and sealed.If sasuke wants peace then he should kill orochimaru as he experimented on thousands of kids.
Calling a current system a failure system yet he was the one who participated to make that system failed.
Anyways, BZ admitted that he was the one who corrupted the system again and again So logically after the death of BZ,System should be now on the right track.
These are the reasons which leads me to think that sasuke is a poorly written character with no real development.
Sasuke was written well till the Hebi sasuke after that,sasuke's character went downhill
