The hell Suske didnt win a single fight apart from the academy days.....but then again Nardo beat him up later and tied him up.
Vote battle......Naruto was already tired while Sasuke started fresh.....on top of that Naruto didn't summon Bunta and hit Sasuke's headband instead of kiling him.
Rooftop Battle ......Naruto would have won ...no doubt about that.....even Sasuke knew that he was weaker.
Orochimaru hideout......Naruto was already exhausted to the state of not even being able to walk properly and Sasuke was resting in his bed like a fatass saving his energy.
Danzo fight....Naruto would have won if not interrupted.

Bold is wrong. It would have been a draw. Rasengan only seemed stronger because it did what it was suppose to do which is destroy Chidori doesn't destroy it's a piercing technique.

No it wasn't, Rasengan was stronger and that's why Kakashi said what he said about Sasuke possibly dying and Sasuke himself wondered how strong Naruto gotten after he saw what Rasengan did, both Kakashi and Sasuke words and actions is proof enough. All this scan says is that they can kill each other, he is talking about current, not past tense. Sasuke actually got stronger in his base when he took Orochimaru drug and that's why his Chidori was able to stalemate Rasengan.

As for the bottom, what Orochimaru words? Orochimaru himself said it was unavoidable death even for him against the 4 tail and he was even using ninjutsu against the 4 tail. He was in much better shape than when Sasuke attacked him and both Sasuke and Suigetsui said Sasuke only won because Orochimaru was already weakened. Duh the whole story is plot but having Kakashi stop an attack that might kill Sasuke would end Sasuke's part long ahead would it not? Having Gamabuta capture Sasuke would prevent him from going to Orochimaru would it not? Naruto going 3 tail or 4 tail would kill Sasuke would it not? The fact that Kishi made it so Naruto didn't do that is all so Sasuke can be where he is now. Oh and Orochimaru was only trying to get Naruto pissed when he said Sasuke was stronger and all plus that was before he went 4 tails which would have killed Orochimaru himself.

No Kakashi was talking about that rooftop fight how can you not see the flashback thought he had you're simply denying whats there how was Kakashi suppose to know Sasuke was stronger than when he left the village when it was only like 1 day.
