What did Jiraiya say exactly? IIRC Kakashi said that the size Chidori Sasuke used, wasn't one to be using at a comrade. Then he asked Sasuke if he wanted to kill Naruto because of that fact. I don't think Kakashi was saying Sasuke could've killed Naruto with that sized chidori, just that that was Sasuke's intention, because he used a chidori of that magnitude.

Not that part. but at that time Kakashi said Naruto could have killed Sasuke and Jiraiya said be honest here that chidori was to much for Sasuke too. Then later on Kakashi said with that those two could end up killing each other.

the second sasuke win wasnt really a fight since naruto didnt fight back with yamato and co. Oro had to save them from getting destroyed by kirin before kishi changed how it would be used.

The rooftop battle no one won and im not sure what the 4th battle was.

Bold is wrong. It would have been a draw. Rasengan only seemed stronger because it did what it was suppose to do which is destroy Chidori doesn't destroy it's a piercing technique.
