Naruto came on TV few weeks back, and reminded me of Shino (Preliminaries of The Chunin Exams). So, I'm observing the shit out of the old school fights, and I'm like: "Wow what? Shino is a badass lowkey". Why I said that? Because of this:

The previous hole Shino's Bugs came out of, completely vanished within seconds. Here's the manga version:

1). Shino's Bugs are digging to the surface through his skin.

2). Shino's Bugs have surfaced.

3). Shino's Bugs are repairing the damage facial skin cells.

Shit son. Shino's got his own Medical Squad harboring within his own body. Shino Solo's?! Anyone??

How the Healing Works​

Neji gave us a nice viewpoint of how an Aburame Clan Member's Insides look like:

After reading all the edited manga scans in the picture, you get the overall point. The Aburame Clan, and their Bugs are like partners for life; basically a Symbiosis.

Symbiosis - The relationship between two different kinds of living things that live together and depend on each other.

Similar to another well-known Symbiosis wielder: Kisame & Samehada. Shino, and his Bugs work in a similar way. Many, many chapters after the Preliminary Rounds, Kisame with the help of his partner Samehada showed similar doings Shino showed within the pictures I linked above.

Remember this? Killer B vs Kisame:

Symbiotic Leader: Shino, Kisame

Symbiote: Kikaichū (Shino's Bugs), Samehada (Kisame's Sword)

Shino's Bugs eat, and store the chakra similar to how Samehada does, and if need be the Symbiotic Leader needs extra stamina the Symbiote transfers the stored chakra into its Symbiotic Leader.

1) Shino's Bugs are what Samehada is to Kisame. Symbiotic Behavior.

Oh wow, never thought about how Shino absorbing chakra via insects is so similar to Samehada. Guess it should have been obvious that Shino has some sort of healing capabilities but I imagine that only works for him. Otherwise, Shino would make a good medic ninja to add on being a good sensory ninja. Good find.

OT: Cool beans but characters have immunity to their own jutsu. Mei is immune to.getting burnt by her own acid but she can not heal. Sasuke or Kakashi can have lightning bolt on their hands which can take someone's hand off if they touch.

Great thread! I made a post about this in a VS thread once concerning shino vs someone else.

Was deemed a troll for saying shino had incredible healing abilities.

In truth though (and much like Kisame) the key to beating them is Attacking the symbiote directly as what happended when Shino was poisoned

FALSE: characters do not have automatic immunity to their own jutsu. sasuke damaged himself when he used chidori to deactivate deidaras nano bombs. the third raikages only scar is from his own jutsu. should i go on?

Never noticed that before but it could just be part of some special justu their clan uses where there bugs can enter and leave his body and then closes up the hole. This doesn't confirm that his bugs can heal him how samehada heals kisame. You could be right though.

Don't agree with the immunity part. And yeah they get closed and how? Healing lol. Also don't understand on that "came off as bait" part.

Prove it with Manga. Nobody can refute manga facts. Also, attacking Shino's Symbiote isn't the key to beating him. If you want to know why that's the case. I'll explain.
