Torune just has a extra set smaller bugs and an antidote for a poison. Its not much difference there. Every Aburame shoul have their generic bugs too.
If they could heal, they'd be used for healing.. simple as that. Using the "screentime" excuse makes no difference, use the anime to prove your point then. Knives are good for killing, but U dont use them on modern day wars when u can use an AK47 at long range. Just because Aburame clan can use them to heal wounds doesnt mean they should join the medical teams too as the bugs are better used at other purposes. But the Aburame were seen to use them for Medical reasons .... Shino's dad used his bugs to cure his son who was poisoned by Kankuro.

Sage mode enhances all Ninjutsu, so we cant be sure if he healed himself after activating Sage Mode or it was passive effect. No to mention it was proven all Sage modes can be differ Dragon and Frog didnt grant same abilities, there is nothing confirmed. Not to mention Madara actually said he has Hashirama's healing power not Hashirama's Sage Mode's healing powers tended to make him reckless also Hashi cells healed his chest wound and kept him alive for years in that cave. Not to mention it was said Hashirama could use Medical Ninjutsu without seals and was directly compared to Tsunade's jutsu ... which also suggests it might be very high level Medic ninjutsu.

Yes ... But body function in RL == Body Function in NV unless affected by Chakra. Naruto healed faster because of Kurama and his genes, possibly so did Hashirama etc .... nearly all Natural body laws hold unless there is how how chakra involved.
