I like how people act like you shouldnt want action..u should just shut up and enjoy OP for the reasons they enjoy OP and when u don't your not a real fan. Funny thing is everything in Dressrosa has been half assedd and **** teased to the point where I don't give a shit about Dressrosa any anymore

OP isn't about action then why the ****kk is there DFs Haki and all these great fighting styles. I get OP primarily is about adventure but that doesn't mean we shouldn't see real fights in OP at all. The reality of it all is the same people who get butthurt when others would rather see action and get impatient ....wouldn't read OP if it didn't have any fights

The whole point of the ****in story and build up is to create an explosion ...that leads to fights but even Doffy fight is being half assed and not living up to the hype. We been running to Doffy for so long to be getting this shit. These dudes are suppose to be so damn powerful that fpthey should be able to fight on a tiny roof

Just my opinion..if u don't like it so be it
You seem pretty butt-hurt, based off your ava. & sig. it seemed like your expectations were through the roof. Just because Oda introduces Sabo in this arc, it doesn't mean he has to have a fight. This "fight" was longer than the Ace vs Smoker fight which took place when Ace was introduced. No one b*tched about that, so why b*tch about this?

Why do you think we get all the action at the end of the arc? Oda wants to put more emphasis on the storytelling/adventure/plot than focus on fights just to please a couple of 12 year old kids.

P.S remove that "admiral level clash in Dressrosa" phrase from your sig. cause that is straight up BS. Fujitora showed minimal damage but Sabo looked worn out.

Sabo isn't admiral level. Anyways, how was Dressrosa half-assed?
It's not half-assed. When the most annoying fans expect ass, but only get one of its cheek, they scream for the last half like there's no tomorrow. That is how the butt-hurts came to be. Here you see one of its species, the action-craving male butt. Truly fascinating.

In all seriousness, though, some people don't seem to understand that the series isn't about fighting any longer. It never really was, to be honest.

That's what I was telling shon93 but he seemed to ignore the post.

Dressrosa in my opinion should be called the "half assed arc" I think majority of it comes from my expectation of Dressrosa and its potential. Look at how Doflamingo backstory was built up...to find out its shit. One doesn't simply want to burn down the world because you moved from Beverly hills to the ghetto and your mom caught the poor mans flu and died..to me Nami and every other SH has a better backstory than Doffy I simply cant relate to this shit Oda has been dangling over our heads for 30 chapters

I could list a ton of reasons but way to many people get mad over simple stuff. Like the most shittiest tournaments in the history of shounen tournaments belonging to Dressrosa. Or the half assed pacing where we had charcaters flying for 5 chapters or riding a bull for 10. Think about the amount of chapters we took to get to Doflamingo. Think about the indecisiveness of your boy Fujitora and his lack of resolve. I seriously wish CP0 reports him because one simply doesn't let the "claw" of the worlds most wanted man walk free and side with pirates..I understand his sense of justice but I feel its way to convenient for Dressrosa. Now we have way to many big name charcaters sitting down not doing shit.

And lastly I no this is really unfair and its way to early for me to be complaining, But I'm sort of dissapointed with the Doflamingo vs Luffy fight so far. Keep in mind this is no way lowers Dressrosa because its my opinion. But the wait for this fight so far has been unrewarding. These dudes are suppose to be so strong that a castle roof ain't suppose to be able to hold a fight of this caliber. I expect to see a really destructive fight ...seeing how this is the main event in Dressrosa...and the fight I wanted to see took a back seat to this

Also the NW is not a dark place at all its the Grandline 2.0

But different strokes for different folks the things that might be pissin me off others might be enjoying...and thats no knock on them. I just hate when people act like OP is this flawless thing and if u want to see a big name fight every now an again to keep u excited for the series ..then your a fake fan or suddenly u don't understand how OP works

Lolll Its clear that I'm not hiding my butt-hurtness but I listed reasons
Everyone is entitled to their opinions and the only opinion that is ever bad is the one that judges someone elses opinion. But keep an open mind towards dress rosa. We read it in chunks but a story is most enjoyed as a whole. No one would be mad if you re-read it after its done and came to love it.
And Sabo is alive. That should off the bat make it a great arc for any real sabo fans.

Considering how unreasonable the rest of the Celestial Dragons are, yes, it makes perfect sense that he'd want to destroy their world. Also consider the possibility that he's talking about Mariojois, not literally the whole world, which is probably the case. Doflamingo is mentally ill, and when his dream of returning home was crushed to bits, it made him angry. More angry than one should be, but it's still understandable. His mother is dead, his father's head is in his hands, and now heaven refuse him entrance. You don't go and become a baker or a salesman after something like that.

The tournament wasn't even the main point of the arc, but more like a side story, and yet I think Oda did a good job with it. He introduced so many new characters, like Bartolomeo and Chinjao, but also gave a reason as to why both the Marines and the Revolutionaries should appear. Ace's fruit, or his will if you'd like, was at stake, and so Sabo appeared. Big names from the whole world came to fight for it, and so Issho appeared. The tournament was simply the spark for something much more.

Issho has no authority to fight Doflamingo, as the latter is both a Shichibukai and a Celestial Dragon, and he has enough brains to avoid a war with the Revolutionaries. His resolve is on a different scale than the other known and former Admirals. He's already stated how displeased he is with how the World Government handle things. He wants to change the world, to discard of the Shichibukai system. He accepted the position as Admiral for this very reason, actually. Be displeased with him all you want, but he's going to have a much bigger role in the future than most think.

You're right, it's way too early. The fight has only lasted for two chapters and you're already complaining about the lack of destruction. It's like you're complaining about the unsatisfying look of a sandwich when the chef just started to slice the bread. It's probably going to last for at least fifteen more chapters, or that's my guess at least, so be patient.

To be fair, though, you're reading the series for free. There's no reason to start cursing and complaining like there's no tomorrow when things don't go the way you want it to go. You have no right to complain, especially not in such a manner as before. There's a difference between bashing and critisism, in case you weren't aware, and your post earlier was certainly closer to bashing.

Fair points bro...but regardless this arc is 6.5/10 for me

Memory may be serving me wrong but weren't you complaining about not getting the Sabo vs Issho full fight? O___o

Anyway, not really. I just think because One Piece is so far down the line (I mean, at this point most manga would have ended by now) they expect the big fights to have happened, or happening, by now.
