Even without the change of events in the latest chapter, Sasuke wouldn't have ended up with Sakura. His attitude towards her hasn't changed in the slightest since their Team 7 days during Part I of the story. Although the latest chapter has pretty much solidified it for everyone else.

Sakura get's between Naruto and Sasuke's fight and she gets killed by Sasuke's Raikiri. This outrages Naruto and inflicts a brain numbing Talk-no-jutsu on Sasuke. Sasuke then gets emotional and use renni tensei on Sakura and he dies both a hero and a virgin.

But make no mistake, no matter what happens there will be at least two episodes worth of talk-no-jutsu and flashbacks in this fight.
