And if he does, he doesn't deserve to lead them, and he's a kid, who's lived a secluded life after his clan was killed and an even more secluded life after he followed Orochimaru. He knows nothing of the world, he's been living a life of hatred.

Think of it like this, if there were a million people like Sasuke, everybody would try to be at the top and create change through power. meaning "bye bye, world". If there were a million people who went after ideals similar to Naruto's, the world would definitely be a better place.

Naruto doesn't understand that unless you are strict and do what is necessary then the world will be out of control under your reign. Naruto is living in a Paradox believing that peace is possible.

so in this case on keeping/destroying Biju their is no right choice... each one comes at someone's advantage and another a disadvantage but one choice comes at a majority of advantages...

Keep the Biju Alive risk them being used for evil again possibly killing thousands to save nine lives

or

kill the Biju completely eliminating any chance of the evil obtaining overwhelming power .. possible saving thousands to come in exchange for nine lives...

the choices are both wrong/right but one is just better

Realistically, if there was someone who is doing what Sasuke is doing, they would become withdrawn from everyone else/paranoid, and very psychotic. No one man should have all that power. Wait... Sasuke has all of those traits.

If anything, then the flows in the system are people like Kaguya, Madara and Sasuke, who misuse their powers. Because they use it against the people's will.

Anyway I also proposed in a thread that maybe chakra itself should be given back to the Shinju- yeah people would still fight but there wouldnt be godly ninjas who can take over the world.
I don't mind "erasing flows". The problem is that Sasuke is alone trying to decide what's right and wrong. There should be negotiations about it. I also say that the ninja system as it is now, is pointless- but let the people decide that through reasoning and consensus, not by force. Also, if Naruto could manage to connect people with ninshuu, and he could hand it down to the next generations, that would be a better solution.

Pretty much every time a new maniac tried to conquer the world. One leader would fail the same reason you say multiple leaders would, people are simply too different, not everyone would want the same leader, which would be the reason that revolution would start under Sasuke's rule anyway.

Breaking the world down through violence and death won't solve anything, its just the same thing that has been happening again and again.

Sasuke is basically answering war with more war, people won't just drop to their knees and do what he says, for his Revolution to succeed he will have to force people to do what he says and that will lead to a enormous death toll.
