I'm able to do this jutsu by performing the correct handseals then by concentrating my wind chakra and creating a vortex of wind in the air and make it in to an average size ball it can be directed to the opponent or medium sized objects and blow them away or I can make the vortex of wind in to a spiraling jet stream that does the same thing
