Base Sakura is way stronger and faster than Base Naruto who defeated Gaara, and SRA Gaara won't use the sleeping technique, even if he did it, Sakura summons Katsuya and smashes Gaara's head.

Then we having Sakura's cityblock punches. Gaara won't survive that at all. I doubt if he can even survive Sakura's normal punches.

Last time I checked, chidori made a hole into an iron water tank.
Chakra Enhanced Strength destroy into pieces the huge rock in Sasori's and Deidara's hideout, Hiruko's armor, and
created a shockwave powerful enough to kill a huge amount of Juubi minons in one shot.
Besides, I think both Lee and Sasuke dealt with the sand without using jutsus, but I could be wrong...

I have yet to see a good argument for SRA Gaara winning against current Sakura in any Gaara VS Sakura thread. Sakura should take this with mid difficulty.

She has the feats to jump over sand tsunami and if trapped within sand, Katsuyu summoning allows her to break free. IIRC, EP2 Sakura was able to punch larger than human sized blocks of iron sand away when they were coming her way so most sand attacks are casually punched away much like how base Gai managed to repel sand. Via powerscaling, Sakura is faster than Gaara's sand if she was fast enough to physically react to Kaguya's speed by timing her punch on Kaguya as Kaguya was flying upwards to escape Naruto and Sasuke. Also when Sasuke tried to get out of the desert dimension via footspeed, Sakura was able to yell Sasuke kun before he covered much distance.
