"tnj" is the abbreviation for "Talk-No-Jutsu". That's when Naruto gives a speech towards the end that changes his enemy's mind and brings him to the good side. An example being the fight with Pein/Nagato and how Nagato decided to revive everyone after Naruto's speech about peace.
