Working out 3 times a week, 1 hour a day for 2 years

Is that enough for a fat kiddo like me to lose weight in 2 years? i really dont wanna join college as a fat kid Oh btw my current diet gets me a daily dose of 1500 calories.

depends on how much you weight. I'm pretty sure if your anything below 235 you can lose a lot of weight just within 6-8 months. Just don't give up and you should reach you're goal

Whatever changes you make to your eating and exercise, do yourself a huge favor and make sure you can live with them long term.
That way you'll stay thin through college and beyond.

Actually, don't work out everyday

But, work out most of the week, just set aside 2-3 days for your body to relax.

If you're looking to burn fat, do Cardio Workouts like running, biking, jogging, anything that requires a LOT of physical movement.

Then, when you reach your comfortable weight/ goal, do some muscle building workouts like push-up, sit-ups, crunches, etc...

and lastly, don't get to your goal and completely stop, try burning that fat off an keeping it off =D

I'm in the same area as you over being slightly overweight, and college being two years away, Junior year woot woot, so good luck man, hope you reach your goal =D

Everyday is unnecessary. Your body needs rest.
Just don't drink soda and stay away from candy and other crap.

Motivation is key though so focus on maintaining motivation. Dedication.

80% Diet and 20% Exercise.
It ain't about how much kJ intake, but rather whether you're eating the right fats or not.
Limit your preserved food intake, drink a lot of water, attempt to make your own sandwiches more often (on wholemeal bread), and cut the soda/ energy drinks/ alcohol for starters.
