(Kinshi sa re ta shi no unmei no wa) Forbidden verse: Circle of doom
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: N/A
Chakra: 50 (-10 to sustain)
Damage: -10 to user (+40 to Taijutsu and +40 to one ninjutsu)
Description: User will hold the staff with both hands and forcibly channel an excess of chakra into the staff causing it to glow with a firey gold light. The rings will flare out and then expand, merging with the main ring. The ring separates from the staff and expands further to create a very large fiery halo floating behind the user while meanwhile the staff seems to melt and cover the users hands. The charged up material allows the energy to flow destructively into whatever it touches. The halo remains floating behind the user and grants the user flight. The user may channel the energy from the ring to deal an additional +40 damage with one ninjutsu. This is optional and the user must clearly state when this is done. After this is utilized the Circle of doom technique automatically ends. Staff reforms after technique's use.
- user may not use other techniques involving the staff while active
- +40 damage to Taijutsu involving the hands
- +40 damage to one ninjutsu which automatically ends the duration of this technique
- grants user flight
- user may only use two jutsu per turn while active
- lasts 5 turns and may only be used twice

This is my inspiration.

Edit: It seems the "Manipulating Step" technique I just posted is very similar to things you have already mentioned above ={

(Saisan no Uta:Insert Translation) - Brother of the First Verse: Manipulating Step
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A (+20 to Taijutsu-Related Techniques)
Description: The users of the Bound style needed to find a way to accurately and swiftly combat users in close combat as well as ranged projectiles. In order to do so, they devised a technique that allowed them release the rings from the Shakujo Staff and manipulate them around their body. Utilizing the chakra stored within each individual ring, the user is able to hover the rings around them, wrapping them around his/her limbs, naturally allowing them to both hover above the air by wrapping rings around their ankles/wrists or simply perform stronger/faster or more acrobatic strikes by manipulating his/her body with the aid of the hovering rings. The speed increased can be compared to sudden bursts of propelling chakra.

__

Another technique that would have to be re-worked a bit, merely a rough draft of sorts I am simply trying to get the main picture across =}

(Saisan no Uta:Insert Translation) - Forgotten Verse: Shakujo Concealment
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20 (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: By carefully studying the stealthy nature of the 'Hiding with Camouflage' technique, the Shakujo no Kyū-Setsuthe users developed a similar variant. While already having a grasp over their Shakujo or drawing it from it's sheathed positioning, the user will strike the ground with the Shakujo's staff and clap the fist which is holding their Shakujo, this is done by utilizing their free hand. After performing the unique hand seal of the 'Shakujo no Kyū-Setsu' style, the user will control how the light is reflected off of the Shakujo staff and/or ring(s) with chakra, or simply cause the ring(s) to utilize their own chakra source, which is essentially being drawn from the user himself. The application of this technique allows the user to completely conceal his Staff and/or Ring(s) by bending the light around them, even removing things such as shadows. Unlike the original parent technique, this technique is a bit more prone to fast speeds, allowing the ring(s)/Staff to be concealed whilst spinning or being used. Physics would still apply regarding the rotation of the rings while concealed, thus creating distortions in the air from their high spinning.

Notes:
- Lasts two turns

__

I think the restrictions can be talked over if you ever come to like the technique? =}

I would like to apologize if the submission is already over, but I couldn't help myself after reading your style and having seen this was posted weeks ago! I still wanted to post my submission either way ={ Sorry!
