[Theory] Izanagi: Jutsu or Curse?

Maybe Izanagi is more of a curse then a jutsu. It forces immortality upon the user, cursed to walk the world for the rest of his life. Watching all you know change and die while you remain the same.

BTW this was something i just thought so don't get mad if it sounds stupid

Well if it's a curse then Madara should know about it right? Since he should be over 100 years old(well if my theory from kakuzu's age is correct) anyway, Madara is technically an immortal in some way. But I guess according to Kakuzu, there is no such thing as immortality.

*Hidan's immortality was limited, he needs to kill and perform the ritual in order to keep his immortality going.
*Kakuzu's was a jutsu in which he steals younger hearts before his others give out. But yet again his are limited since he needs to keep replacing them. As of Madara, I have no idea lol... but I don't think it's a curse since well, you could master all the types of Justu you ever want right? I think it would be more of a positive thing rather than a negative.

It does have its good points and bad, ni think when Kakazu was talking about immortality he didn't know Madara, im not for sire though

izanagi isnt confirmed yet.. its just a theory

maybe its morelike a Curse u dont never Die but still u Feel Pain and suffer on the World Forever even immortality is a bad THing what Would happened to Hidan if Shikamaru Wouldnt Blow him to pieces and burried him under rock..hes Singing...booty tht Booty smaack tht Booty ..Hidans gone Crazy i guess

Hidan knew how to really enjoy immortality. It fit his character. I don't know if you could call immortality a bad thing. Its really how you look at it personally. Some people couldn't stand it I am sure others would have piece of mind from it knowing death is not possible and makes worrying about things that could kill you null and void. Unless you are like hidan and kazuzu and have to meet certain conditions to keep living.

sadly i think he is still alive under there. The only thing is that only pple form the nara clan ever go into that forest. So he is basically choking on sand for the rest of time

Actually Hidan had to make sacrifices in order to stay immortal. So i highly doubt he's still alive but i think if i is a curse it wouldn't be a bad thing to Danzo, he wouldn't care if people died around him.

As I posted in another thingy, Izanagi is a blessing. That's because it's NOT a regen or revival effect, which would make it a curse; It's a time effect. It sends the user forward in time to avoid a possible death or injury, which all stuck in the normal timeline see. The user then reappears untouched. This is why we see Danzo's body die, and why the Uchiha banned it to prevent timeline messing.
