Why didn't Tsunade or Sakura studied implants of the cells?

I mean they are probably on the same level as Orochimaru in terms of medical knowledge and all that. And when it comes to war, things get desperate. I'm sure Sakura have read about how to implant cells in the leaf's vast library. So I'm wondering why didn't they gather Senju, Uchiha, or Hyuga DNA?

ALSO, when Neji died, why didn't anyone get his eyes? Since Sakura is of the Leaf, it would probably be okay. She could have gotten a power boost from that. Not to mention people from different villages that have certain abilities. Sakura, could have been gathering powerful shinobis' cells and put them to use. Considering that Sakura did treat many of them, I'm sure that some reasonably powerful shinobis with unique and useful traits have crossed her examination table. I mean Sakura and Tsunade have great control on chakra as medical ninjas (the best it seems). It would be reasonable that they could handle certain amounts of implants.

I understand that since Tsunade already has Senju and Uzumaki DNA which gives her high levels of Chakra and life force, but she doesn't have Uchiha's or Hyuga's or the Raikage's (since Raikages generally have unbelievably tough bodies).

But the thing is they should be able to handle them. Their chakra control is MOST LIKELY in a whole different level than Danzo.

If Neji's eyes were sealed then get his cells. Hyugas can pour out chakra from almost all chakra points of their bodies.

I agree, Sakura's chakra control is admirable. She spends chakra a lot throughout shippuden. It's not like she just sits in her room for 3 years and concentrate there. She also fought Sasori while doing that as well as healing a hospital full of injured people. And then the War...

This is the only reasonable conclusion I've heard so far. But Sakura is bordering genius level in terms of her intelligence and knowledge. They also know of these implantation experiments of Oro. Didn't they get curious? Scared?

They were children... and the ratio of med. ninjas compared to normal ninja is very unbalanced. There's like 1 medical ninja out of every few dozens of normal ninjas. And there's like 1 GOOD medical ninja out of every few dozen medical ninjas. Then there's one GREAT medical ninja in every few dozens good medical ninja.
And Sakura & Tsunade is acknowledged as the best in the Ninja World.
