Luffy's strongest one hit attack seems to be Red Hawk, not Grizzy Magnum.



One hit attack

So basically a restricted Luffy's strongest move is inferior to 1080 pound cannon, what's the point of not allowing him to use Elephant Gatling?

Because we were talking about the strongest attack after being swapped by Law. Elephant gatling needs far more preparation and would ruin the trick. Doffy was already aware what was going on now.

That's also true. He caught on to Red Hawk, but couldn't evade or defend in time, he most likely could have if it were a slower larger move like Grizzly Magnum or Elephant Gatling.

Grizzly Magnum, by the way, is his strongest one hit move. If Zoro's move using three swords can count as a one-hit, then Luffy's move using two arms can as well.

You are right I forgot about those, but technically his heart would still be a part of himself.
