When they were fighting on the Bridge. Why didn't he switch Doffy with a fish.

Law wants Doflamingo to feel the wrath of Kaido.

It doesn't seem he can just move anything wherever he wants, he can switch places with an object/person kr he can use an object to switch something/someone else with that object etc ...

The original plan was to leave Doflamingo to Kaido's wrath.

But also, DF don't work in water. It would make sense that He can't swap with things under water.

I think Law's DF allows him to swap things with himself... Not just switch anything in the 'Room'... But he can cut anything from anywhere in in his 'Room'...

It appears he can only switch big enemies with himself, also I doubt his powers would work under water.

He didn't give him time. Either way Law's hax is impressive because Dofla saw that coming but still couldn't avoid a swap, but don't you think that the combo would have worked better if it was with Zoro? Imagine that instead of red hawk, it would have been 1080 pound phoenix. Dofla would be no more at this point in my opinion

You think Zoro's strongest one hit attack is stronger than Luffy's strongest one hit attack ?

No its just swords would do cutting damage and zoro could have cut him into pieces.
Luffy's red hawk still over powers zoros cannons any day but Zoros are more leathal.

So a haki punch to the liver and the explosion coming out your back isn't as lethal ?

What does more lethal even mean ? Does it make you more dead ?

Also name one instance where Zoro actually cut someone in pieces, even if it is the weakest of fodders.

And how can it be stronger on the one hand but the other attack be more lethal ? Which is it !?

Luffy's strongest one hit attack is grizzly magnum and yes i believe 1080 pound cannon is stronger than that. Just look at the comparison both attacks had on golem Pica

Luffy's DF worked under water. In Arlong Park, his neck could still be stretched so his head was above water. He could also stretch his arm under water, as seen with Red Hawk and Elephant Gun.

Seastone release the same energy as the sea, and Law's powers affected it. So yeah, Law's powers can work in water as well.
