Who is better at shurikenjutsu

Minato or Itachi ?

I figure they both are pretty good. Sasuke and Kabuto said Itachi was cool with it but it was in Minato's main fighting style so he also had to be nice. Who is better though?

Superior shurikenjutsu was never listed to be one of the abilities that sharingan gives you. He must know something we don't.

Itachi is actually a shurikenjutsu expert.
Minato as no notable shurikenjutsu feats whatsoever IIRC.

I'd rank Itachi higher in my book by default.
