Im talking about one piece ofcourse

I only liked the anime, i HATE the drawing style. Its too bussy

And the fights in the anime are awesome, but i dont get like "chills" when luffy uses cool attacks in the manga

I dont, manga in general is just boring to me, cant get into it (naruto is the only one i read and it ruins the anime for me lol)

Anime all day, OP has pretty bad animation and pacing right now tho.

If I would make a guess I would say that the question 'does anyone even enjoy the anime' is more appropriate rather than the manga.

I'm by default a manga person, I prefer manga over anime any day as in the end the anime is nothing more than an animated form of the manga where they often have to drag episodes, arcs and scenes out to make it all fit. Often they also can't bring up the same feelings I get with particular scenes in the manga.

OP anime isn't bad, but I haven't watched it in a long time now. I always compared the relation between anime and manga the same way how large-scale industrial and personal handcrafted products relate to each other. Most anime really give the impression they have been produced 'en mass' with no eye for detail, while manga are the results of perfectionists who want to provide top quality for each individual product.

In most cases the manga is also first and the anime only follows if the manga is successful. With other words the anime rides on the success the manga creates. I personally always found that many older anime had much better quality than the more recent ones.

The majority of posters in the One Piece section obviously enjoy the manga...otherwise we wouldn't be here.
Plus i'm surprised to hear that anyone is into One Piece because of the anime currently.

^ What Zoro, ah i mean Caliburn had stated :)

Yup, me too. But i'm one of them hahaha. Maybe we were too lazy to read manga by then.

OT:
Also, since i do both (reading manga & watching anime), it's a full satisfaction if you have times to do both. Like, anime has its own advantage in terms of putting in BGM, animation, creative scene transitions, sentimental values etc but the drawback it has in case of OP series is the art design. Most of them doesn't look much epic as in manga version. And perhaps you may miss something important, for instance, some clues or sort of when you watch by episode rather than by chapter.

Oda in one of Q&As with his fans (i believe it was during Jump event) said that sometimes he let the animation team to find the hidden messages he put in the chapter by themselves. So it highly depended on them either they could find the odd or not. Unless, Oda would give a few reminders for them if there was any crucial matter they must know.

PS: No, i have no cousin in Japan/no family relation with Oda. What i typed above was stated in an interview.

Toei just give up your rights for animating OP to madhouse. Idc start from episode 1, give us that 2-3 chapter episode pacing. They can literally give us a nice series entitled, "One Piece 2014" anime, just like HxH 2011 anime. Madhouse can cover chapter 1 to chapter 727 (which is where the current anime episode is at) in episodes 300-363 as oppose to Toei's One Piece anime which is currently at episode 659. We can have a better MF arc that's animated and not as censored as toei's OP anime. A OP anime that gets the same animation quality as the HxH's 2011 anime would be absolutely amazing & I'm sure most if not all OP fans would agree to all this. Madhouse also gets the same VA's from toei's one piece anime

Madhouse's HxH 2011 anime. It's the best animation quality I've seen from the mainstream/popular shonen series.:

yea but I just can't imagine One Piece with different kind of ost
In that aspect madhouse is really really far behind on Toei (toei soundtracks can really cover ever emotional scene to a satisfying degree, Madhouse lacks that)
also the VA's lol
