Naruto and Sasuke just lost there 6 paths powers.

The seals that gave Naruto and Sasuke their powers have been removed and given back to Hagoromo. More likely than not, they've reverted back to BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke, which is disappointing. Maybe they've retained some powers, or maybe the seals were just for sealing Kaguya. I don't know, what is your opinions? I think, at the very least, Naruto has BSM, and all the biju abilities since they didn't just go away. And Sasuke probably still has PS, just not on the same level.

I assume Sasuke naturally awakened his Rinnegan, but I think Naruto may have lost the tailed beasts as they might have taken their chakra back.

The seals are definitely gone. However, Sasuke still has his eye a few panels later. More than likely, Naruto also has some Tailed Beast energy left since Naruto received their energy from Obito, not the So6P. These might be temporary, though. TBH, Sasuke needs the power up to match a Jinchuriki Naruto. Regardless, it should be interesting to see what is going to happen.

Is Naruto still a Jinchuriki? Will the Tailed Beasts choose to be sealed again? If so, will they all be sealed in Naruto (what happened to Bee?)? Will Madara have a change of heart? Could he become Sasuke's (or perhaps Naruto's) new master?

On a side note, it looks like Kakashi lost his Sharingan.

They just used up the chakras that was prepared for the sealing - other than that they are just as strong as before. Sasuke still has his Rinnegan and Naruto still has the chakra of 9 Bijuus.
