The only thing they lost was the seal, they still have everything else.

If you pay attention when Naruto removes his hand after losing the seal he still has his mode.

The main purpose of curse marks are in order to seal off Kaguya [Which Hagoromo had to make the seals in order to do so - reason it reverts back to him]

Although Naruto/Sasuke still retain their powers .​
