You know you can't say he gave him Susano'o cause their Susano'os are completely different,but you can try to pass of Amaterasu cause they look the same and Tsukuyomi cause its Genjutsu and deosn't have an appearence.Plus other Uchihas have been shown to have it too,so it deosn't support your piont.

He simply wasn't in the spotlight, but he probably will be in these last upcoming arcs. Sasuke's purpose to the story is only to his rivalry with Naruto and the future of the leaf, with minor plot relation to Hamura for this last arc. With anything unrelated or distantly related, Kishi won't be focusing on him greatly in the story.

That being said, his role as Indra will probably deem its own arc soon, and that is when Kishi is going to focus in on Sasuke and Naruto probably exclusively.

That's what you assume. I'd say it's pretty logical that Itachi bestowed him that power as his own, not just for that one time. But then again, that's just me.

I ama really big fan of the naruto series but it seems like lately Susake has been veryy unimportant. Naruto went from being relatively weak to total powerhouse AND leader in a few years. and susake? He only has shown one rinnengan ability so far and is way weaker than naruto at the moment and has far less to say. I sure hope that kishi will stop trolling susake and make him important again. Anyeay those are my thoughts anyway

I don't understand why you think Sasuke is unimportant. He has been fighting alongside Naruto since he showed up. He got half the Sage's power just like Naruto. I don't think Sasuke is weaker than Naruto, his powers are just different. Sasuke just got the Rinnegan. Why do you expect him to master it so quickly? Naruto has had Kurama his whole life and has had more time to learn how to work together with his tailed beast.

Sasuke is being trolled? I don't think so. Maybe you aren't pleased with what you see as inequalities between them, but that does not equal trolled.

EDIT: You can't forget that Naruto is the main character not Sasuke as others have pointed out.

I already answered it, but twice is the charm too. I think Itachi gave him that power so he could use when he activates his MS, rather than just a one time thing.

Itachi clearly stated susanoo can only be awaken after waking 2 abilities first. Madara said that Amaterasu jutsu is trash. Meaning he probably have it and find it useless since it can ruin all the fun he want on the battlefield. Obito only had one MS the whole time and plot-no-jutsu don't want to make him seem too powerful.

Sasuke mastered Amaterasu far better than Itachi. Leave him alone and fall back. At the end of the day, his control over Amaterasu and susanoo is not easy at all. Chakra manipulation ain't easy and sasuke took it to a whole another level on his own. Even orochimaru was surprise. All that training Naruto been doing in part 2 was just catch up since Jman refused to give him some serious training over the time-skip.
