Sasuke trained extensively in shurikenjutsu, nature manipulation, created multiple variants useful for numerous circumstances(Chidori), he trained to get as skilled as he was with CM. When Orochimaru trained Sasuke, he had him fight100s of shinobi, possibly reaching a number around 1000, the majority were wielding weaponry. Though because Sasuke's feelings(Which Orochimaru expanded upon saying it was holding him back) he decided to knock them all unconscious instead of killing them, which takes extreme skill and precision. Sasuke was noted for his speed multiple times and along with his extensive Kenjutsu training, it's a deadly combo.
Moving on to MS Sasuke, if you honestly believe Itachi gave Sasuke his powers than you are nothing but a fool, Itachi gave hima 1 shot Amaterasu which activates at the sight of Obito's eye. He did the same thing to Naruto when he had a crow stuffed down his neck, which he later admitted he thought he'd never have to use it on himself(Itachi). Sasuke despite his inexperience with MS held his own against Kage level Shinobi and ultimately came out alive, all of this honed his skill with it.
EMS was something he had a right to use, just like how Naruto befriending Kurama is something that should be, this is the equivalent of that.

Learning SM is the hardest thing to learn in NV.Combining Nature manipulation with Shape manipulation is the hardest thing to do.Genius like minato couldn't able to do it in his life (He could learn it if he is alive)
