Why Kaguya is weak

Just because she is the original chakra owner doesn't mean she can solo anyone. The way Ninjas use Chakra has evolved since her time and even fodders will have no difficulties of winning against her, they will just have to watch out for her bones and switching dimensions ( okay...maybe they will have difficulty ) but if she was to face someone like itachi, Hashirama ,Guy 8 gates etc she wouldn't beat them.

It was said somewhere in Naruto ( Im not sure) that the Future generation will always surpass the previous one and in that case Kaguya will always lose.

That was just. Kishi be lazy. A Byukgan user getting fooled by transformation Justu is like a blind user falling for it. And he had Sakura hurt her with ninjutsu.
