Why Kaguya is weak

She was severely weaken when Naruto removed her brain aka BZ/brain zetsu. As you can see soon after she lost said brain she became unstable and became some rabbit monster which lead to her being sealed. Once Kagaya lost her brain, she became a cabbage.

I dont understand how kaguya lost she was said to have all the powers even the bloodline of everyone and yet she only used a few jutsu and also she had the goudama that had all the natures and was so huge tell me how sasuke and naruto and kakashi for that manner managed to avoid that ... Smh well anyways
