adding niji,shino,kiba,sai,tenten,ino,shikamaru and hinata
and he will surly lose

The only one countering it is Chouji, unless I'm forgetting some abilities here. Regardless, Kisame and hia display of water dome was performed at 30% of his chakra level.

^ No, Lee presents the largest issue. With him being able to take up Kisame's time and thought process, Choji and or Kiba can rip apart any shark or water clone sent to deal with the rest. With Kisame distracted as he struggles with Lee, Ino mind transfers with him for a moment or Shikamaru paralyzes him with the shadows.

Kisame's leagues above all of them, but numbers are just too overwhelming. Not even bothering to mention shinobi like Shino or Sakura, who would present arguably as big a threat as Lee or provide big enough openings for others to finish him.

I think you mean Asakujaku

Nevertheless, Kisame already tanked Hirudora, something that's much stronger than Asakujaku.
