It doesn't look like his cells are there. We can't know for sure if he has the Rinnegan or not, until next chapter.

This show consist of people doing eye transplants on themselves without a reflective device, flying, shooting fire from their eyes, summoning imaginary animals, turning into animals, transferring souls ect. I don't understand why it matters so much, he's beneath the main characters now so needless to say he's not some sort of challenge for the shinobi world anymore. As soon as Naruto/Sasuke get there he's pretty much done for. Now that kakashi has PS and Sakura isn't useless + hashirama/Hiruzen and the other kages are there, it's not even a struggle anymore.

First of all, if you decide to take real life science. Then let's say you get kidney from your brother, his DNA in his kidney won't mix in your DNA.
Second his rinnegan is achieved due to the Chakra combination as far as we know, and if he lost his Hashirama clone, he could very well have lost his Ashura chakra.
Maybe it took his body a while to manifest the chakra and activate it through the Hashirama DNA.

I think you don't understand the complexity of Hashirama's cells... The whole reason why his FACE appears on his chest is because the chakra level of Hashi's cells is extremely powerful to the point where it has manifested it's hardened core in the form of hashi's face, culminated in a single spot in Madara's chest.... Hashi's cells spreaded into Madara's body and MIXED with his cells, CREATING AND FORMING NEW CELLS, <----- and EVEN IF this is wrong, It's the same as Madara using his susanoo without his eyes after he came back to LIFE life.... When you unlock a power, you attain that skill forever... Madara didn't NECESSARILY need his eyes, which ISN'T chakra oragnically, to perform Susanoo.... Madara DOES NOT NEED HASHIRAMA'S FACE ON HIS CHEST, which IT itself, isn't chakra, to use his Rinnegan.

Okay, first of all how do you know that Hashirama's clone wasn't all of the DNA he had from Hashirama? If what you said is true, then maybe he has the rinnegan still, but we don't know that yet.
Madara managed to use susanoo, because he had his chakra still. We don't know if he still has Ashura's chakra.

Also according to your logic , it took Madara YEARS to unlock it, so that means he must have unlocked it once he had enough ashura chakra through the cells, and thus the Hashirama clone manifested. Now that he no longer has it, who is to say he can still unlock it.

Why would I call you scum?
I said already that we can't know if he has the rinnegan or not. What you said may or may not be true, same applies for me. So jumping to either conclusion that Madara has the rinnegan or not isn't the right thing to do. We just need to wait.

Because it is impossible to loose part of your DNA, aka Senjuu DNA.
I doubt Rinnegan can be degraded to EMS once it becomes Rinnegan. Nagato lacked Uchiha DNA still has Rinnegan although they were not his original eyes.
Hashirama's Senjutusu - well I believe Madara had enough of experience with Senjutsu as he was Juubi Jin, was inside Kaguya so he may find the way to keep using it

I will explain why Maddy has still his powerful Rinnegan eyes! Madara awakened the Rinnegan before he died by using a meat of Hashi... Then he did not have the Hashi face, he aquired it at his Edo state and then at his revived state since Kabuto implanted more Hashirama DNA... And don't forget that Madara still has the Zetsu arm which has Senju Dna and that his eyes did not lose their power when they were with other people like Obito and Nagato... The eyes can not lose their power just like that...(Obito said that the Eyes have their own chakra)
