Honestly what should kishi should of done avoid kaguya completely or keep with it
Honestly I just think kishi should have given madara all if kaguyas abilities after he awakened the third eye keep him as the villain and then seal him instead.

Kaguya was a good idea, the problem was the execution.

I personally liked Kaguya, but the way she was introduces, by "killing" Madara, was a total bummer. Things could have been way much better written. One thing that i really, and i mean REALLY hate, is that we didn't see anything from Hamura.

It's shown in the latest chapter that Hagoromo and Hamura, together, worked to seal Kaguya. Naruto and Sasuke only had Hagoromo's power. If this was math, then Kishi would flunk big time.

Madara by far. He had a personality and he had beef with both of the main characters that was explored, unlike Kaguya's still mysterious connection to Hagaromo and Hamura

It would've also been an excellent time to let Sasuke have a connection with the main villain, after Naruto had such huge screentime and development with Obito.

With madara we were hearing about all kinds of things and he was only second to one in his time
How madaras background and hype came off made him this incredible villain like damn
Kaguya was created way before she was out in manga kishi definitely hD time to hype her up

Um punchin bag that's the term of him toying with his opponents plus he had his third eye that moment kishimoto should have given madara all of kaguyas abilities and keep her out id rather see madara be used as a punching then kaguya

All they really did was use hagoromos power but that was also added on top of their own power not to mention naruto has his tailed beast power sage mode and all that.
When I first heard of kaguya I loved the idea of having her in the story I completely agree she isn't a bad character at but
Kishi gave more hype and I mean WAY MORE HYPE with madara that's something you should do for the last villain not give the character hype and kill him off with ease

The juubi had a ton of hype.
"Swallowed oceans, splits the land, carried mountains, and created countries"
"The progenitor of everything that exists in this world"
