Sentomaru no diffed Pre TS Luffy, who was arguably low VA level. Smoker isn't winning that easy given his current feats.

Now, I really think that Smoker's DF is useless in front of those who can hit him...
If he's smoke, he's a huge target waiting to be hit... and if he's composed, he just had to go hand-to-hand and if he's good that's nice otherwise still le-Ownage...

Low VA level? Yet he was getting rapestomped by the VA's in MF Lol. Pre-TS Luffy was not VA level. What has Sentomaru shown that puts him above Smoker? He became a marine officer during the TS whereas Smoker advanced from Captain to VA. No-diffing Pre-TS Luffy is irrelevant since Luffy is much stronger now. Current Sanji could solo the Pre-TS SH's.

Those VAs just happened to be top VA level. People like Maynard are low VA level. Rank doesnt matter here, Smoker was high RA level back in Loguetown when he was a captain.
And what do you base this off?

Again, what do you base Loguetown Smoker being high RA level on? Current Coby can stomp Loguetown Smoker or any Pre-TS version of Smoker for that matter yet he's only a captain. That claim of yours is ridiculous. You're pretty much saying that Loguetown Smoker is near if not on the same level as Sabaody X Drake, Luffy, Law and Kid.

You dont get it, EVERY Logia is high RA level at the very least because from what we've seen no one lower than low VA level has CoA and therefore cant hit them.

That still doesn't put Smoker at their level. In terms of fighting power a high RA would shit on Loguetown Smoker. Yes, they can't touch him but that doesn't put him at their level.
Via your logic if Ace had eaten his fruit at the age of 10 then he would've been high RA level...No, it doesn't work like that. Not to mention it doesn't support your original point in any way. You stated that Sentomaru stomped Pre-TS Luffy therefore he can beat current Smoker. That argument is false because the Pre-TS SH's were a joke. It took all of their combined efforts to beat a Pacifista while Post-TS, Sanji easily oneshotted a Pacifista.
Loguetown Smoker being technically high RA level due to Logia holds no ground in this discussion because...
1. Luffy isn't a Logia so that doesn't affect him
2. Luffy was constantly getting no-diffed by Smoker
3. Smoker wasn't high RA level in terms of fighting power
You can't use Smoker being high RA level to gauge Pre-TS Luffy's strength.
Conclusion: Sento gets dunked on
