She didn't. The Bijuu chakra with the Shurikens resonated with the original Bijuus inside of her. (Lol) Basically a Bijuu extraction via Rasenshurikens.

Yeah i know that but one his clone also healed Obito so i don't know they have seal or not and Naruto didn't use bijuu's power when he already has 6 bijuu's chakra before reciving seal so it's confusing.

No. That's just happens to be personal preference. Naruto prefers using his right hand most of the time over his left. Bijuus aren't part of his Yang Seal to begin. Think of them like bonuses.

Lel....Madara didn't had those seals but still had them.
Obito didn't had those seals but still had them.
Ashura didn't had those seals (most probably) but still had the TSBs.
If rinnegan is the power of the eyes of the sage, then Senjutsu of six paths is the power of the body. It has nothing to do with CT seal. If Sasuke has his rinnegan, then Naruto will still have his senjutsu of six paths. Is it that hard to understand?
It is also obvious from Naruto's TSB Rods still intact that he still has his powers. And no BSM Naruto can't win against Rinnegan Sasuke. U_U
