Sasuke still has his Rinnegan, and Naruto still had the mode when removing his hand from Kaguya.

So there is no reason to believe that Naruto lost his powers except the Yang Seal.

Can you prove that Naruto lost his powers or is this just something you are claiming.

Naruto still showed that mode with his hand after the seal was lost, if you payed attention to when he removes his hand from Kaguya.

Also the rods were still in BZ that he created from the TSB, if he had lost his power they would have crumbled.
