Sasuke is on the same level as Naruto, he's just lower on the list but he can still fight against Naruto as Madara did with Hashirama when Hashirama was stronger. Naruto was stated to surpass the Hokage but if you're giving Hashirama then he will be the strongest ninja alive. Hashirama would wreck Naruto, his wood jutsu alone can take on Bijuus and now you're giving him the power to absorb ninjutsu, use Deva path, use weapon path, pull souls out, C.T, summoning, revive others, use all element natures, use limbo, and probably use PS as well as gaining better precognition and becoming a sensor.

No he wasn't, he managed to kill 4 Peins with no knowledge and Itachi admitted he, Kisame, and Jiraiya would all be seriously hurt or die if they fought. Itachi has low chakra reserve and was dying from his disease so are you calling Itachi a fodder for admitting he would lose?
