Go to Anime, and bam! There you go. There is Hulu's list of most watched anime in order.

The fact old anime like Dragonball Z and Inuyasha are still on there show what it means to have longevity. Granted Inuyasha is only a few years removed from the final arc and 10 from the last episode from the original series.
