It's likely the staff, and what does them scaled to SSJG and bills say for his speed? You can have a tremendous power flux in this series and still be in the same speed level. A boost to MFTL for fight speed is insane.

Lol I know those series still shit on them in everything the most concrete boost was to their DC and those series still far outclass them. I think akira (and obviously this is just an assumption on my part) is trying to make DB into a heavyweight verse to some extent but concrete speed feats have always been what he's the worst at giving us, at least that's always how I saw it.

Bills is FTL. Gotenks is at least Mach 2500 in SS3. Bills is much stronger than Gotenks...by powerscaling Bills is definitely FTl
