Power level =/= speed. You can't multiply it like that. Yes, when you train and your power level increases your speed can to, but by what exact number? It's not equivalent to speed. The only multiplier that it states correlates with speed is kaioken. SSJ boosts speed obviously, but multiplies by 50 with the power level? I don't think so. Never given any exact confirmation that it correlates with speed.

Exactly. Since I don't really see whiss utlising his staff in an actual battle, unless we see him use it in a legitimate fight. It was basically shown to use for travelling purposes.

BOTG was still a huge upgrade to combat speed with the mftl feat. Obviously whis is way more powerful than goku or beerus, but it's not really a power scaling abuse to say that if you think whis gets the mftl reactions they should get in a lower degree.
