Why Did Sasuke Keep his Rinnegan?

After Sealing Kaguya, Naruto lost his seal and I believe his sage mode, seeing as he didn't have it activated in the last panel.

Sasuke lost his seal and kept his rinnegan.

Does this mean that Sasuke unlocked it on his own, or did the six paths let him keep it. It's an unfair fight at the end if Naruto lost his power up.

Well Nardo still has a portion of all the Bijuu's chakra so... Kishi can't just take everything from Sauce. That would just be beat.

Looks more like Naruto powered down, He has been fighting far longer than Sasuke has afterall and if you look at BZ/Kaguya arm then you'll see 2 black blades in it so I think Naruto put them there so BZ couldn't leave Kaguya arm. Also Naruto can still combine his SM with his KM and BM so he is strongest alive person as of right now.

Naruto still has his powers he just deactivated it. He still has all the tailed beast inside of him. Sasuke's rinnegan is permenant so its always going to show.

Wrong Kurama is back to normal. Naruto base form would have still have sage/kurama eyes if he still has the beast.

Naruto no longer have the beast inside him.

What are you trying to say? That Naruto was in base at that point? or that he lost the bijuu chakra in himself? Not seeing the point of your scan.

It would be appropriate if Sasuke loses the Rinnegan as well as the Hashirama chakra and cells given to him by Kabuto and Hashirama and reverting back to his EMS state, while Naruto loses the Six paths Senjutsu and revert back to his normal Toad Senjutsu as well as the chakra bits of the 1-8 tails and instead receive his original Yang half of Kurama and have it join the Yin half that is currently sealed within him for him to become the Jinchuriki of complete Kurama. This will still make the movie more entertaining and at the same time will make for a good final battle against Sasuke
