Naruto likely still has the Bijuu, they weren't lost when they pulled them out of Obito, why should this be any different? Besides, if he was pretty much dead having half of Kurama extracted it'd stand to reason he should be in a similar position if he had his portions extracted. :|

Not if he lost his powers from rikudou. That would make Sasuke the strongest. There obviously has to be balance so that may mean a drawing mistake from Kishi

Not really, both Naruto and Sasuke recieved half of the Sage power so if Naruto lost his then Sasuke would lose power as well. EMS Sasuke was jealous of BM and BSM when Naruto wasn't at full power and just recieved borrowed chakra from yin Kurama then have a lot of chakra to the alliance. A fully powered BM or BSM power would be near Rikudo Naruto power minus 8 Bijuus chakra/power since. BM/BSM Naruto is capable of using FRS-tbb since that is using Kurama power and Naruto just used it without any training so he already had the skill to use it pre-RM.

Lol, Naruto kept his power. He just deactivated it. Those Bijuu came from the Juubi being split up. The Kurama you see there is Yang Kurama, not Yin Kurama, who is still inside Naruto. Two separate beings.

Why would Sasuke keep his Rinnegan, but Naruto loses his Rikudo Senjutsu and all 9 Bijuu? :|

Just because Powered-Up Nards made his first appearance with BSM eyes doesn't make it his actual base form. Does seeing SM Naruto (Pain Arc) for the first time makes those eyes permanent?
