Sakura's strikes are not really physical force, but a release of chakra from her fist. Like how Rasengan is pure chakra and couldn't affect Rikdou Obito without Senjutsu due to the ninjutsu negate of the black orbs. So Sakura's attacks shouldn't be affecting Kaguya at all, since she has a giant one close to her.

but the most nerf characters is Juubi and Kaguya

they are like out of their hype of how powerful they were. Or the clear words is not portrayed as such if they still can be trick with cheap technique that should not working or should not faze them by their own standard
