It comes out on monday because of new japanese laws regarding manga, the ones we usually got on wednesday were leaks from when it gets delivered to the store, from now they will be delivered later.

ac said that he was making an anime special book

It was only 20 pages long because the artist was drawing a manga volume (1.5) that will be focusing on Sheele while she was still alive and will have 100 pages so he didn't have enough time to focus on the main chapter and give it 40 pages this month. It will be sold along with the first anime BD and yes, it will be canon.
