Can I watch it uncensored anywhere?
I heard there was quite a bit of censorship in it and seeing that retardedly colored fight in episode 2 made me cringe :|

There is no fully uncensored version available now. However, the "inverse color censoring" you're talking about is reversed by some fansubs. You can find the version without the color censoring from DameDesuYo Fansubs.
