--He goes fulll hachibi and would be able to tank ALL of Tobiramas attacks, as he proceeds to use 8-tails whirlwind alongside TBB barrages which would bypass his limits of FTG and thus enable bee to finish him off

Bee should win with relative ease. Despite the fact Suidanaha could cut off the Hachibi's tails like butter, and the fact Hachibi is easily marked by Tobirama, Whirlwind and TBB both remain uncountered, especially with no intel. Tobirama has no reason to leave a kunai/clone outside of a mountain sized range, hence, 1 TBB ends.

With no restrictions I'm assuming Tobirama summons a couple Edo and blow Bee up so he wins mid difficulty, probably even low considering he has no Intel.

The fight is no restrictions so Tobirama does have ET. A restriction would be Tobirama not having it but there aren't any so he does.

It doesn't matter-since Tobirama doesn't use his edos as puppets like Oro/Kabuto, but to wipe out battlefields with explosions. Even if his edo was a fodder 4 year old quadriplegic guy it can still do damage.

No one. But it makes sense he revives people often when he lived considering he created new techniques for it like goju bombs, meaning it was his main arsenal and always ready when he needed it. It does not matter who he revives whether its some fodder genin or kage, bee still loses.

Yea I'm aware of it not mattering who he uses it on, but who has he ever revived to say he can use them with a clap? If it's added as a condition I can see it, however I can't see him recreating the jutsu in this battle....

I'm aware of how it works, but the requirements to make an edo prevent him from using it here, if he hasn't been shown to make an edo, he shouldn't even be able to use the explosive tags, unless given an edo.

No it does not. If he was renowned for the technique and created more techniques for it then he can use it. When you have ET ready you clap your hands to summon or desummon them, that's all. The fact that he used it normally in battle means he always has it ready. Your arguing that because he was never seen summoning that he can't when its a fact he used it normally, as was known for it, as heard from Kinkaku/Ginkaku, Muu, and Hozuki Mizukage. Its a fact he created techniques for it and it's a fact he can can revive someone on the spot if he wishes, as he was about to revive JuubiDara.

I'm arguing that he has never shown to summon. The clap as you said comes after the prep/ritual is made, he hasn't been shown to do the ritual. I'm not denying he can use the jutsu since he created it however he hasn't been shown to summon that I know of. Now if he was an edo or was given some edo fodder then sure.
