I swear people want to twist my words around for they can make it fit their logic. It's like people ignore the fact edo tensei requires a body, DNA, and some time. What I'm saying is Tobirama has not done the prep to perform edo tensei, hence no edos. I'm not denying that he is
capable of performing it though...:|
I think what you are trying to say is that he does not have it prepped, yet the fight is no restrictions and like I said, a restriction would be him not having it prepped, therefore he does in this fight (since its no restrictions) and he kills Bee regardless if he revives an academy student or a kage. It makes no difference.
This whole idea that Tobirama can summon edos that have never been seen or even summoned is silly, unless given as a condition. Restricting the jutsu means, he can't use it. However Tobirama as of yet, hasn't summoned any edo to even summon. So I don't get why your repeating the same lines over again, when you can't even name someone he could summon or even show that he did the ritual to summon them with a clap.
