I'm not saying he's justified for what he did, but whether or not they think he is, is simply irrelevant to him. The guy is fighting to save the world right now though, so they'll get over it.

He joins so they will assist him in carrying out his revenge. I don't think he cared whether they were a terrorist organisation or a charity group. He would go to such lengths to carry out his revenge and try restore the uchiha name, ambitious behavior. Also his brother treated him like shit after the massacre, leading him into a life of hatred so forgive sasuke for not following his brother's wishes when his brother spat on sasuke's and treated him like a little puppy instead of trusting him and telling him the truth. Itachi even said this to sasuke.
He didn't believe him initially that's why he asked danzo, then itachi when he came back and he even asked hiruzen when he came back.
I agree with you here. He went crazy and wanted to destroy the leaf and kill all the people. The leaf did massacre everyone in the uchiha clan including innocent people so he thought he should do the same to the leaf as an uchiha member. This is crazy but understandable. He should have killed danzo for sure though and maybe the villages elders for his revenge but that's it.

Naruto will whoop Sasuke's ass in the end when he tries to kill all of the Bijuu's. Then Naruto will TNJ everyone into letting Sasuke back into the leaf and when everyone wants Naruto to become Hokage, Naruto will say he wants Sasuke to become Hokage. Thus it will be like history repeating itself (Hasi & Maddi) except this time Sasuke will accept the Hokage title, changing the cycle of history.
Overall Naruto's previous Kurama form is stronger than Sasuke now with So6P powers. There's no way Sasuke could beat Naruto now, accept it Uchiha fanboys!

It doesn't matter what Sasuke wanted, he still betrayed the leaf and joined their enemy who recently just attacked them, killed Gaara's dad, used the Sand village to attack Konoha, resulted in Hiruzen's death and Sasuke went to join him. Turning evil wasn't Sasuke's destiny, you can choose your own destiny, he could have easily stayed in Konoha and trained with Gai to improve his speed, physical strength, and Taijutsu, train with Kurenai to learn to use Genjutsu, train with Kakashi in learning to master his Sharingan and utilize the copying ability. He just wanted the easy way to power which was Orochimaru who used drugs and/or forbidden jutsus to speed Sasuke's growth.
Being in a ninja in a village means you are duty bound, will a soldier leaves the military without permission they go to jail until a hearing but if they leave to an enemy of their homeland when that enemy wants to destroy you then that's treason. Did you seriously just asked why Sakura tried to stop Sasuke from leaving Konoha when he was going to an enemy of Konoha who wants his body and he'll be seen as a criminal? It is there business, he is a ninja of Konoha and is duty bound. He also have intel on Konoha such as the layout, their emergency protol-call, ect... Sasuke was not planning on returning to Konoha, he knows that if he left that he couldn't return and he even stated that he severed his bonds with the leaf.
Sasuke only engaged in things that benefitted him, he didn't care if it was right or wrong, especially when it had to do with finding Itachi and after finding out the truth about Itachi. Sasuke could have easily stayed in Konoha and got stronger over time then hunt for Itachi in an official mission with team 7 but he was selfishly obsessed with hate.
No he doesn't, he was duty bound as an official ninja of Konoha. It's the Uchihas who are responsible for their extinction, if they worked on controlling themselves then they would still be around and have more political power in the village. Only a few Uchihas like Itachi, Shisui, and Shisui's dad weren't responsible for the Uchiha's extinction.
No he doesn't, the Uchihas were the ones who threated peace so them receiving the consequences of their actions only shows that Sasuke show receive the consequences of his criminal activities as well. No one would trust political power to people from a clan who members would run wild when they lose something they love and be consume with hatred. If they were more like Itachi, Shisui and his dad then they would have political power and be living in the villages and not the outskirts. No one would want to live by people who can run wild at anytime something bad happens to them.
No one acknowledge Sasuke as a comrade (except Naruto, Sakura, and Ino) or Hokage material in Konoha and you need to be nominated for Hokage candidate by the council then the Jounins all vote if they want you as Hokage or not. No one would nominate or vote for someone who left the village to join someone who recently attacked them before he joined them, joined a international criminal organization and attacked the Kages. Sasuke doesn't care for the villagers so why would they care for him?

Um, no. Sasuke not being punish would send the wrong message of you being able to do whatever you like as long as you have a sad past. Punishing Sasuke and having him redeem himself would be the proper message. If you commit a crime, you suffer the consequences; Madara's was death, Obito's was death, but Sasuke gets to live because he is fighting for survival? No.
You want the village to redeem themselves for the Uchihas being a danger to them due to most Uchihas being sensitive and lose control when they lose something they love? The Uchiha caused their own deaths trying to plan a coup, had they been more like Itachi, Shisui and his dad then they would have political power, and be living in the village. Sasuke didn't know any of this when he leaf Konoha to join Orochimaru who is an international criminal who just attacked Konoha and resulted in the kazekage and Hokage's deaths. He also joins the very guy who helped Itachi kill the Uchihas and ignored Itachi's wishes for him to return to Konoha all because he was too obsessed with hatred.
No it's not irrelevant for him, he wants to become Hokage which is nominated by the Council and voted by the Jounins so it they don't see him as someone who is worthy to be Hokage then he will not become one. He's fighting to save the world because he wouldn't be in it if he didn't, he would be in It if he did nothing. Also he helped caused the current chaos so fighting to stop it does not redeem him when so many people died already. Shikamaru even said he wouldn't acknowledge Sasuke even though he's helping in the war

He isn't fighting for anything good but his own survival, Sasuke isn't fighting because he wants to make amends for his crimes that helped the current chaos but because he wants to change the systems to fit his own vision of how it should be and become Hokage to make that happen. He doesn't care about the people, he even said he doesn't care what the K11 thought about what he did, to become Hokage you have to be acknowledged as one as Itachi told Naruto.Okay, for one I'm not gonna argue and tear through most of your opinions on Sasuke's decision. So, if he was criminal.. Obito rectified this and became an ally, HE CHOSE DEATH, death wasn't his punishment... Redemption is a heavy theme in the story, Itachi was redeemed in the eyes of those he was once enemies with that knew the story and fought alongside him as an Edo and to his brother. Gaara, was a murderer, killed MANY of his village's citizens and Shinobi, JUST BECAUSE he felt as though it was his life's purpose. Not to mention before the destruction of the Leaf, he still attempted to commit an international crime of attacking a foreign allied Shinobi (Lee, while he was incapacitated in the hospital) Note: this was still before the orders were given to attack. He found his redemption and became Kazekage. Nagato, also... Who destroyed the entire Leaf successfully, was redeemed in Naruto's eyes, and even heavily defended his name afterwards. And in return used Rinne Tensei to save everyone. Even Naruto HIMSELF was redeemed in the eyes of his village after being looked down upon throughout his entire life, everyone wished death upon him, now they all respect and almost worship the kid.
And you're telling me Sasuke won't be redeemed, being the one of the ONLY two collectively that can save the entire Narutoverse. Yeahhhhh, good luck with that fanfiction, my brother.

Each of the nations used akatsuki except kumo and have done their fair share if bad things yet people here on nb are all like sasuke is evil
-Leaving the village without the Hokage consent is a crime

I personally think some of the Leafs past actions are questionable.I in particular don't like the village but Itachi made the choice to protect the village over his clan as they wanted to coup...Sasuke made the wrong choice But he didn't know the truth.Itachi only asked one thing in return and that's to keep sasuke save alas that didnt happen.But sasuke's trying to do the thing that his brother fought for tho.Kinda opened his eyes alittle bit.Im only watching the anime don't have the manga's

Uchiha clan had no official plan. All they did was gather information and had mad meetings. It all the 3rd hokage and danzo fault for not giving them the benefit of the doubt for the 4th hokage death. It the 2nd hokage fault for not allowing them to have any political power. Just kept them out of government affair. You can't say judge a uchiha clan base off of Madara(Who lost all 4 brothers and his clan turned their back on him). That is like saying if one person from a clan rape a girl, that person's clan might rape a girl too. That is totally wrong.
The uchiha clan had no choice anyway. it either live the rest of their life as a second rate citizen or fight for their freedom. If they had left the village, Danzo wouldn't leave them alone. Other village would've see that hidden leaf village had gotten weaken and attack. So there was no win chance for the uchiha clan unless the 3rd hokage and danzo was willing to change!
So when once everybody learn about this and if they don't feel guilty or welcome sasuke back with open arms, Sasuke have every right to not come back to that village.
