Except you can only get Indra's chakra if you were his reincarnation,Hagoromo made that perfectly clear.Rikudou chakra can be obtained just by being the Juubi's Jinchuriki so that is why Obito had it.

Let me put it in simple terms since you keep missing the point I'm trying to make.Obito has not been implied to have Indra's chakra.If Obito did then he would've been able to awaken the Rinnegan since he had a piece of Ashura's chakra thanks to Hashi's DNA.

The only two who were said to possess Indra's chakra are Madara and Sasuke,Hagoromo said nothing about Obito having it.

Becoming the Juubi Jin grants you access to Rikudou chakra which is what Obito did.That is why he had Rikudou chakra.

No,it's stated that to get Rinnegan which is Hagoromo's power Ashura and Indra's power must be made one.Jesus..... Hagoromo himself explained this.

He got rikudou's chakra by juubi jinchuuriki.

The only Indra chakra that is in Obito's body is the Black rod.
