Why would the Sage have asked them about after the war and told them to decide the future if he was going to take the power ups away, he would have just said I will help you with this fight.

He instead said he would let them decide the future and tested them on what they would do after the war.

And I will point this out again, if the power ups are permanent then why did the Sage refuse to give them the powers until he was satisfied with their answer about what they would do after the war.

Yes. According to the last the movie trailer, Naruto has a bandage on his right hand, the hand where he has his sun seal. So i guess, they powers ups will go once they seal kaguya

Because he was using it, its like everything else, when he is not using power then his eyes go back to normal.

The same happened with Bijuu Mode and Sage Mode.

We just need to wait until Sasuke is revealed to be in the movie,if his eye is normal then that's irrefutable proof he and Naruto don't have their powers anymore.

The seals are only there to help defeat Kaguya,them being bandaged could be explained by the fact they have served their use.
