That's a manga coloring. So its not wrong, that's the cannon color of Sakura's Yin Seal.​

Every colour in those panels are different from the anime. Naruto's hair is not fluourescent yellow, but dark-yellow/orange, and his face doesn't turn yellow when he goes KCM, but in the anime it does. I don't even know what colour that Sakura's seal is, tbh.
