The point i'm getting at is, Simply damaging organs does not heavily hinder someones ability to use chakra. Let alone seals that "Create their own chakra channels" as you claim.
The point of something having it's own chakra channel is that no matter the users condition it can be used.

Chakra points need to be open for chakra to be carried throughout the body. Yin seals does not bypass this. There is no reason to suggest Yin seals chakra doesn't use the same chakra path ways as everything else.

Also you act as if neji will just look in awe as sakura jumps in the air, leaving herself defenseless. On her way down she can easily be hit by an air palm to stop her finnishing the move.

Do you honestly believe an air palm can stop Sakura? Kaguya was traveling way faster than an airpalm yet Sakura was able to punch her effortlessly, without losing her balance from the impact. Also I don't see how would Neji react when the Shannaro punch takes no more than a two seconds.

Of course its connected to her network, she got her chakra from herself but its not a point on the network, she created her own reserve. The seal writing carries chakra itself all over her body, why do you think its there for regeneration, the network cannot carry all the chakra necessary for regeneration, the seal writing helps with that by carrying more chakra throughout the body.

Neji is up thrown into the air, she doesnt need to jump to do it, she only jumped so she woulnt injured the SA that was around her.

Since when was the curse mark reliant on being able to move your body?, Because this is news to me.

The "Two"(Three actually) Characters have alot to do with what your claiming, Since you claim dying affects ones ability to use/focus chakra to the point the curse deal deactivates. Which i provided characters using chakra and jutsu's while being on deaths door or having a bijuu's claw embedded into their chests.
While you have yet to prove your claim of Kidomaru's curseseal failing simply because he couldn't move his body.
