That was nothing at all. Kaguya was cornered and couldn't do a thing. She evaded Sasuke who's wayy faster. That speaks for itself. Sakura couldn't land a hit but took advantage of the situation. That's all there is to it.

Lol that's why that particular Neji you're talking about had a 4 in speed isn't it? His speed in the first ever DB is equal to Sakura's speed in the 3rd DB. So don't try to downplay that situation. I wonder if Sakura could do the same Lol. Any speed feats that suggest so? Not even one that supports it unless you can show me. The one that has a 4.5 in speed is clearly fast and not fodder in terms of speed. He barely dodged it?
