Kaguya had no other place to go other than towards Sakura who was coming down carrying the momentum of Kakashi's PS. But she also didn't consider Sakura a threat and hence underestimated her. Albeit Sakura's punch didn't make Kaguya bleed, she broke her horn which I think is weaker than Kaguya's body given that even Madara's horn was broken at once, after getting hit by evening elephant (although it didn't do much to his body)....she was bleeding from her arms caused by Kakashi's powered up Raikiri. Sakura's punching a human weight enemy a few meters away isn't that impressive.
Also Byakugan users do have a blind spot at the back of their heads as evident from this...
