Yeah, but this is BS. Racism is any kind of disrespect(insults, opression, segregation) towards a person or a group and towards his/their rights simply because of their "race".

That's racism. This "institution" thing is just something dumb moralists came with to keep playing the victim-hero thing.
It makes no sense. Not in a country in which, by law, the minority has the same rights as every other citizen.

Even though in reality it's not as perfect, due to the "sequels" of the time, that's up to time to heal. Because if keep implanting measures to "compensate" for the past, we'll eventually be commiting the same mistake of the past, that is giving a group more rights than the rest. And that will increase the hatred between the groups, which is negative for life in society.

If we compare the past situation of black people with the present one, it improved a lot, and estatistically, it is improving even more. This is the past sequels being "taken care of", handled by time.

Asking whose racism is worse is a brain dead activity. Instead of saying "Oh black people can be racist, but white people are more racist, so black people's racism don't matter" we should be acknowledging that every race has racists, every race can face and exhibit racism, and it should stop. Saying "White people are more racist than black people are" is one of the stupidest things a human being can ever say. It. Does. Not. Matter which racism is worse, it should ALL be taken care of.

Like I said before, all racist are bigots, but not all bigots are racists. If I have the belief that men are better than women and anyone who doesn't think so are stupid and my opinion is 100% right, I'm a bigot, but my bigotry isn't related to racism, now is it? Bigotry isn't always racism.

Racism is ANY belief that a race is superior or inferior to another race or races, racism is any actions based on that belief, racism is any systems based on that belief. BLACK PEOPLE CAN BE RACIST. If a black guy beats up a white guy because they are white, that's racism.
